We aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible after the payment as cleared, If the items are in stock then paying by paypal or credit/debit with paypal would mean dispatch the same day or the next day if after 4-00 pm, weekend orders paid this way will be dispatched on monday morning apart from bank holidays.
Items paid by cheque, postal order or banks transfer will be dispatched when I know that the payment as cleared and the funds are in my account.
If items have gone out of stock I will contact you and ask what you want me to do, either wait until the items come back into stock or refund you the money.
Please allow up to 15 days for delivery in each case, Royal Mail does not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed (from the due date of delivery), they allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems.
All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with the order number and a description of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost). The delivery address for my returns center is:

Returned items should be sent recorded for the customers security.
If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
A return address label is attached to each order with our returns department address on it (see above), if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within
3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
Postage Charges
All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Parcel Force Courier. You the Customer will have to sign on receipt, With the exception of the Non Recorded Post option, we are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to and arriving at your address.
We also have a Special delivery option for urgent deliveries.
The Non Recorded Post option is only available for orders with a product total cost of less than £5, because Non Recorded post cannot be tracked, we accept no responsibility for non arrival or loss of parcels using this postal option, customers choosing Non recorded Post do so at their own risk.
The basket will present you with the delivery options available and the price for each option, the system calculates the cost on the overall weight of the order plus a handling charge of between £0-75 and £1-00
Over 2kg some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage.
The basket will calculate the additional postage for you. The full list of postcodes affected are below. Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm. Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm. Affected Postcodes over 2kg:

o - PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage as above plus £6)
